Concession of Egnatia Motorway and three vertical axes (total length of approx. 900 kms). The Motorway is Northern Greece’s east-west connection starting from the Igoumenitsa Port (links by boat to Italy), and ending at Kipi (Greek -Turkish borders). Vertical axes connect the motorway with Albania, FYROM and Bulgaria. It is a dual carriageway facility with a typical cross section of two traffic lanes per direction, a central reserve and an emergency lane. Responsibilities include: Toll design optimization, long term maintenance and operation planning and costing, traffic modelling and revenue forecasts, concession contract formulation.
